Your phone should work for you — not make things harder.

Whether you want easier readability, better accessibility, or a smoother overall experience, these simple iPhone settings can make a huge difference in how you use your device every day.

Here are 2 iPhone settings everyone should consider turning on right now.

Setting Number 1: Increase Contrast for Easier Reading

If text sometimes feels difficult to read or certain apps blend together visually, increasing contrast can help make your screen clearer and easier on the eyes.

 How to Turn It On:

  1. On your iPhone, Open Settings

  2. In Settings, Tap Accessibility

  1. In the Accessibility area, select Display & Text Size

  1. Turn on Increase Contrast by clicking the toggle button.

  1. Once enabled, the toggle button should change from Grey to Green

Why It Helps:

This setting improves visibility by making colors and buttons stand out more clearly on your screen.

Perfect for:

- low vision users

- bright outdoor lighting

- reducing eye strain

- improving readability overall

Example:

Setting Number 2: Enable LED Flash Alerts

Did you know your iPhone can flash its camera light when you receive notifications?

This is especially helpful if:

- your phone is on silent

- you are hard of hearing

- you miss notifications easily

- your phone is across the room

How to Turn It On:

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings

  1. Tap Accessibility
